You can try to resend the code from the "resend code" button for associate it to your account.
In this way, you can choose to enter with your mobile number or email. The system will send you a 4-digit number to enter.
In case of downloading the application without any invitation, you must add the email number of mobile to enter for the first time. When you enter, you must choose the restaurant option and complete your profile information to start using the application.
You will receive a welcome email explaining some advantages of using Piola App.
How do I enter for the first time?
There are two entry alternatives precisely to deter any problem that may arise when entering.
In the case of email, you must take into account the following:

Check that the email you used to enter for the first time is correct. If you detect that you have entered it wrong, correct it again.

Check that the email with the code is not entering the spam or junk folder.All codes are sent from notificacion@piolapp.com

Check that your email does not have a full box and is bouncing the emails that enter.
If you still do not receive the email with the code, you can try logging in with your mobile number or try resending the login code.
In the case of SMS, you must take into account the following:

Check that you have a signal, many times in kitchens or basements we can lose signal and that the sms takes time to arrive.

Check that the mobile number entered is correct.

What happens if I do not receive the email or SMS to enter?
You can log out from " Menu " > " My account " > " Log out"
Keep in mind that the session does not expire, therefore once entered with the code, you can enter and exit the application without having to enter the code again.
