Ushuaia Technology Group   SL, a company domiciled in Madrid, Virgen de la Consolación n° 8, 28027 Madrid  and with CIF B88549860 owner of the brand ("PIOLA APP"), is the owner of the website located in the domain name  www.piolapp.com  (the “Website”) and the mobile applications for smartphones called  Piola App  available on Google Play and the App Store (the “Mobile Apps”).

This Privacy Policy is applicable both to the Website, understanding as such all the pages and subpages included therein, and to the Mobile App. PIOLA APP  will decline any responsibility for the different privacy policies and protection of personal data that may be contained in the web pages that can be accessed through the hyperlinks located on the Website and in the Mobile Apps and not directly managed by PIOLA APP.

This policy has been configured scrupulously respecting the current regulations on the protection of personal data, that is, among others, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (the "LOPD") and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Development Regulation of the LOPD.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the LOPD and its development regulations, PIOLA APP informs users that the data they provide when registering by completing the registration form through the Website or the Mobile Apps (the "Registration Form") Registration”) will be incorporated into an automated file duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency for which PIOLA APP is responsible.

The completion of the Registration Form by users necessarily implies, and without reservation, the knowledge and acceptance of this Privacy Policy for which they must validate the box enabled for this purpose in the Registration Form. Therefore, it is recommended that the user read it carefully when completing the Registration Form.
