If you know that your supplier has digitized its catalog within Piola, you can add it to view its catalog by going to "My suppliers" > Click on the "(+)" symbol and upload the supplier's email.

Clarification: The email you upload from the provider,  must be the one used for the platform 

No, in case the supplier has invited you first, you will see his catalog automatically without having to take any action.

You only have to invite it as long as you have downloaded the app  without being invited by a provider.

Piola suppliers are those that have digitized their entire catalog on our platform and you can see all their products, prices, discounts and offers. You can also track the status of orders from this provider and receive messages through the app. In turn, this supplier has our system integrated with its ERP, which facilitates and reduces all order management.

The external supplier, are all the suppliers that you want to upload in your "External Supplier" section, indicating their data and products to place the orders and that they arrive in an orderly manner by email and Whatsapp. You will receive confirmation of receipt from these suppliers as soon as they receive the order.
